This stunning home was absolutely perfect, offering comfortable bedrooms, a beautifully equiped kitchen, ocean views that are a short, easy walk to reach - 1 1/2 blocks - and outside spaces - deck off the master bedroom, deck on the main level, a firepit with bench seating, as well as chairs to sit in and enjoy the ocean, sunrises and sunsets. The house is in a great location and worked well for our family of 2 adults, a 16 year old and a 3 year old. This house was amazing with the best ocean views from the living area spaces. The whole process from reservation to check in was awesome. Breen Management team was spot on with communications and check in instructions. The house was well stocked and super clean. The house was walking distance to the beach and the town. The house also had great outdoor space with ocean views and seating areas to enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Everything was super clean and fresh. The area was so peaceful and relaxing. Reviewer Comments: Sea Breeze helped solidify Cambria as our overall getaway destination. The location is quiet and peaceful enough to always hear the waves crashing on the beach a few blocks away. This house was clean, comfortable (especially the beds) and well laid out with a kitchen that met all of our cooking expectations. Morning coffee by the fire pit and viewing the ocean in the distance, helped us start many easygoing days of walks on the nearby beach and some scenic bike rides around the quaint town of Cambridge. The Breen staff was very helpful with shopping and dining suggestions, and very accommodating in arranging to extend our stay. The view of the ocean was stunning and we appreciated the ping-pong table in the garage, as well as the outside fireplace for roasting marshmallows. Beds are comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. Furniture in livingroom was new and very comfortable. This house is not suitable for older people with mobility issues. There are lots of steep stairs. Wish this had been mentioned in description.
