The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just a couple blocks from the beach, had nice afternoons sitting on the sand and listening to the waves. The house had a convenient layout with a balcony with an ocean view. The house is inviting and cozy with a nice view of the ocean one street away. You can hear waves crashing on shore and the seals from inside the house with the balcony door open. There's a nice little balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean, and it's a delightfully quiet neighborhood. The only thing we would change is the couch if you plan on spending time on it relaxing, reading, enjoying the fireplace, or watching Christmas movies. That was the only thing not cozy or comfortable about this little gem of a place. ##### Andre & Tammy D. We cooked a lot of meals and did not come up short on ANYTHING we needed. And there are some thoughtful touches throughout--a flashllight at the entry table for taking out trash; dog toys and bags if you bring your dogs (we didn't, but still); sand toys for kids in the laundry room; laundry soap provided so you don't have to buy a huge bottle to do one load. Just nice, thoughtful amenities. We very much enjoyed our stay. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in Cambria at the Ocean Mist house on Windsor. It was refreshingly cool near the ocean, with cool air and often mist in the AM. The house suited our needs well, with close proximity to the ocean and the walking trails. We appreciated the service call to replace the empty propane tank on the BBQ, which enabled us to have a nice cookout. We'll recommend this house to our friends. ##### Steve T. Reviewer Comments: We love Ocean Mist. It feels like home and we wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect location, relaxing environment, and everything one needs is provided. (except no propane in the grill). Other than that, we just used the stove. Our dog rembered her last stay, so she also felt right at home. We love it there and plan to make our third visit next time. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Views were great from the living room. Place was clean and well equiped. Very well decorated. Yard is nicely fenced for pets. A few disappointments, bbq didn't work and no screens on any windows (couldn't have windows open at night to listen to the ocean sounds as well as it was stuffy in the house without being able to keep windows open, no ceiling fans). ##### Carl S. ---
