Family Time in Cambria
This house was perfect for a getaway with the in-laws. We loved the cozy home and the location was perfect. We had an amazing time and the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxation!!
Another great visit to Cambria! We’ve stayed in this house twice now and it is perfect for our needs. Great location, close to the beach and lots of places to walk to. Hoping to visit again soon!!!

What a cute place
This is a very cute property. It was very clean and just a couple blocks from park and beach. However, if you are looking at the pics and it looks as if the backyard is fenced in, it is not. There is a fence at the back of the property but it belongs to the adjoining property and does not enclose area. Cute area in the front to sit out. Driveway very steep, but packable. There is a garage, but it is not for this unit. Must be for the unit on top of the garage. Very quiet neighborhood.

No hot water first day Not dog friendly .broken fences Fridge did not work had to throw food out. Patio door did not lock. Sunroom leaked when rained Fireplace did not have medium control. Good lo stion close to park and ocean Owner just needs to update and maintain properly.

Best place we’ve stayed in Cambria
We had 3 tiny pupps and 2 kids, so finding a place within walking distance to the beach, that Fit us all, and was affordable, was hard to find. This was basically our only option but it turned out so great. They have a little sunroom and it was amazing drinking coffee in there. The check in process is annoying, as I drove to the property only to realize you had to drive back into town to get the keys.

The walk on Fiscalini Reserve boardwalk was memorable and beautiful. I will return.

Not happy
Properly was old and dated. Many maintenance issues uneven waking sefaces,rubble laying about. No sink stopper in restroom. Yard has dying plants and dead unkept areas. No air conditioner and pealing paint inside and out. Bathroom has visible mold.

Comfy Cozy
We truly enjoyed this comfortable property of a two bedroom, one bath cottage. It is perfect for a couple, as the square footage is on the small size. We especially enjoyed the fireplace, and many channels to choose from on the T.V. - kitchen is fully equipped, but needs one full cupboard for the storage of food which we brought in from the outside. We spent a delightful two weeks here, and we hope to be coming back again next year. Property owner needs to repair/replace front patio. Also, a railing should be installed for the steep four steps leading from the driveway to the patio area.

Plenty of room for Us and the Furbabies
Clean and comfy. Enough room for 5 of us (2 adults and 3 furbabies). Kitchen has plenty of cooking/serving stuff. Fence in front and back need some love, but we helped with the reinforcement. Washer/dryer in separate garage and key is provided. Quiet neighborhood except for some hammering at times. Wonderful front garden and stone front porch. Older home with sunroom/dinningroom added. Had constant trouble with TV. Overall, nice place

Love this place
Its not modern/upscale and that's why I like it. It's a family beach home, just nice and cozy. In my view it's just right, the way a real home should be. Thank you to the owner(s ) for sharing this special place. And BTW, the new couch is very much appreciated.

Needs deep cleaning
This is an older property and it shows. It needs a deep cleaning especially the kitchen cabinet doors. The dishwasher needs to be replaced and some of the dishes were dirty and had to wash before used. The upside is it’s a quiet neighborhood and a very short walk to the beach

Very outdated furnishings and decor
The house was dated and had bones but lacked character with mismatched furnishings/lighting and uncomfortable beds. We stayed a week and had 2 sets of very noisy rental neighbors next door and house construction in the back yard neighbor house (our poor timing). We love the location and having a garage but will not return to this property on next vacation to Cambria ( we come every year). Check in/out system was a breeze and very clear in details. Thank you.

Great location near Moonstone beach.
Good location with short walk to Moonstone beach. Comfortable house in quiet neighborhood. We had light fixture problem in dining room which was fixed next day. Comfortable bed. Good internet. Nice sunroom. Washer/dryer in garage worked well. Would recommend.

Great Little Spot
This is a great property close to the West Village of Downtown, Moonstone Beach, and other trails to explore. The place was clean when we arrived and had plenty of space for me, my wife, and my pet. We plan to continue to look at this availability of this property for future visits to Camrbia.

Excellent Location Beautiful Home
This home is ideally located, just a few blocks from the beach. We had a terrific experience. The property management company is incredibly professional, they had excellent no contact check-in. The home was very clean and it made us feel safe about our stay. The town is just a short drive. We utilized the home itself and not the additional studio. The home is ideal for small families and/or couples. We were especially grateful that our small dog was also able to join us. It is very pet safe. Overall highly recommend this home.

Sweet Cottage Retreat
I loved staying in this cottage with my husband, daughter, son-in-law and grandson. We walked to the beach and collected moonstones, watched dolphins and flew kites. This place was spotless and the kitchen well stocked. There was plenty of seating in the living room and dining area. My bed was very comfortable and having a sink in our bedroom was great. The closets are huge.

Great location
We rented this home for spring break a couple weeks ago and it is in a prime location, away from the busy town, but in a central location so we could site see. The neighborhood is great, and quiet. The bad part about this house is that there was not anywhere a family of 4 could sit and relax together in the evenings after dinner. They have the room above the garage displayed on the website which is more comfortable looking, however, that room was not available to us. So false advertising? That room should not be displayed if they aren’t planning on letting people use it. I may have chose another property to spend that much money on if I would have known. Other than that, everything else was fine.

This cute little cottage is beautifully situated in a lovely seaside community, and we loved the quick access to the park and the soothing sound of the waves. The interior space is rather awkward. We thought it was odd that we were directed not to move furnishings, but it became immediately evident upon entering why they are having issues with this; there is no comfortable are for four people to lounge or watch television together. Management should consider spending a night or two to get a better sense of what a guest needs. P.S. More pillows, please.
