Three bedrooms are a necessity with two teenage boys, and the master suite was perfect for us. Kitchen is adequately equipped to cook meals, which is helpful since Cambria rolls up its sidewalks early.Access to the nature preserve that takes you down to the cliffs above the ocean is literally across the street. Hot tub is an added bonus.Be aware that check in instructions are emailed to you at the time you book, from a management company, so check your spam folder. Also the rental is close to town making quick access for all our needs. The home was spotless and offered plenty of extra space towels and sleeping pillow choices. Bar b que old and dirty, didn’t work. We have been coming to Cambria for over 20 years for family reunion. We go through Scenic Coast Realty for the rentals and have had Outstanding Service every time. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely home that is in good condition. The furnishings were comfortable and the home was nicely equipped. The home is located in the flat area of Park Hill which allows you to walk easily around the neighborhood. Also if mobility issues are a problem this home does not have stairs to deal with. It is close to town as well as a short distance to the beach. And the garden is lovely. We had a couple of small maintenance items and Scenic Coast Mgmt was quick to respond to our call. We would certainly rent this home again should we have the opportunity to return to Cambria. ##### Charlotte E. Reviewer Comments: The property though old was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working. We arrived on Saturday so no one to call. This one of the reasons we selected this location. We did call left a message, returned on Monday. Sent the handyman out he was unable to fix the issue . We left on Tuesday. ##### Toni W.
