"The room was clean and smells good. The view very nice, the beach was beautiful. Our room had a view of the ocean. The staff friendly. I just wish they had more options for breakfast. Maybe oatmeal can be added. Menu was mostly Mexican fare tortilla wrap."

"Great beachfront property. Clean cozy rooms. I had to request a fridge and coffee maker but she did it within 5-10 mins. Wonderful, polite, helpful Colombian girl working at the front. Super sweet. They include some decent breakfast in the front lobby in the morning. This was a GREAT pit stop to finish our Big Sur drive before going onto Santa Barbara."

"The staff member who checked me in was overly giddy and hard to understand. She told me to have my breakfast selection outside my room door by 7:00. She didn't specify 7PM. I assumed it was 7AM since it was breakfast and the selections were not complicated (breakfast burritos etc) I placed my selection outside my door at 6AM. No breakfast arrived so I had to go to front desk. Staff members responses were intimating it was my fault. I thought I had done what was required. Even if I didn't put selection out at 7PM the day prior to breakfast, the Staff should have simply apologize for any problem and ensure me that a breakfast would be delivered. I did get my breakfast but the insinuation that it was my fault (not an honest mistake) could have been handled better. 'Im sorry to hear you didn't get your breakfast. What would you like and may I have someone bring that as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience' "

"Our room was large, but we found coffee cups and the filters in the ice bucket so I question how the room was cleaned. We didn't have enough towels. It was supposed to be four people two queen beds and we only have three towels also in the spa, there are no towels I had to go downstairs and finding the person at the checkout desk was a hit miss."
