It also includes a bathroom with toilet, a terrace, and a parking space. Internet access is available. Pets are allowed (please note that due to the easement for garden maintenance, the small garden is not fully fenced). Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency). The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have overlooked.
