Very close to the town center on foot, the house offers a pleasant living area (open-plan kitchen/living room). The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, induction hob, conventional oven, microwave, extractor hood, crockery for 4 people). The living area has a table and chairs, a sofa bed, and a TV. The first floor comprises two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm) and a balcony, and a shower room with WC. A large wooden terrace (with electric awning) overlooks the garden (washing machine under a lean-to outside). NO PETS ALLOWED - INTERNET/WIFI EQUIPMENT - NO HYBRID OR ELECTRIC VEHICLE PLUG (plugging in is prohibited in the accommodation) 1 parking space in front of the accommodation An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they believe to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed.
