A spacious, open-plan living area with a dining space opening onto the terrace, and a lounge area with a TV and pellet stove. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, central island with chairs, hob, extractor hood, and fridge-freezer. The accommodation offers two bedrooms (each with a double bed 140 x 190 cm) with storage. Bathroom with double vanity and mirror. Two separate toilets. You will particularly appreciate the covered terrace with its swimming pool (8 x 3.5 m) and the summer kitchen. Parking is available in the shared courtyard (annual rental). Private garden and swimming pool. Close to the thermal baths and town center. INTERNET ACCESS. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO HYBRID OR ELECTRIC VEHICLE PLUG (plugging in is prohibited inside the house) SMOKED OUTSIDE ONLY Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency) The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available) An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before departure.
