CAMBO, C356: 2-bedroom apartment in a recent building in the city center with a park and swimming pool*. This ground-floor apartment features a living room opening onto a terrace. It includes a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The apartment also comprises a living room, dining room, one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90cm), and a bathroom with a clothes dryer. Two parking spaces with wheel clamps are included. Access to the swimming pool is available.

Internet access is available. Small pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside.

*The swimming pool is open in July and August only. All decisions regarding the swimming pool are made by the condominium association. Therefore, no discount will be given if the pool is closed to the public. Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible.

If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually departed.
