An open kitchen is also situated on this level, fully equipped for your convenience, and provides a pleasant exit to the garden. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout. The upper floor comprises 3 bedrooms, all characterized by charming sloping ceilings. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making them well suited for families or groups. The upper floor also features a bathroom with a double hand-basin, as well as a separate WC, bringing the total number of bathrooms across the property to 2.
