Initial communication was ok, however we were met at the property by a not so good English speaking lady who very briefly showed us around. No instructions whatsoever for Wifi, appliances, etc, tried calling number that was left, turned out this person was away, luckily had number for the owner who also spoke little English so literally had to fend for ourselves. "Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette maison. Elle est spacieuse (nous étions 9), confortable, calme et propre. La terrasse et piscine sont très agréable aussi et l’accueil chaleureux. "I liked the location a lot! Easy to get around as the immediate area is very flat. Would be good for disabled travelers. I didn’t see any kids at the hotel but would be fine for them too. The service was generally good. However, I observed a customer complaining about something and the manager put it back on the customer. Total gaslighting. It was a reasonable complaint. Also sometimes the food was missing ingredients like avocado but the staff won’t tell you they didn’t have everything on the menu. They seemed to be doing the best they could with what they had to work with. "
