The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, two air conditioning systems, a washing machine as well as a TV. Your private outdoor area includes a garden, an open terrace and a grill. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, which is situated between the holiday house and the only other property which has access to it. Both properties are rented out by the homeowner. The Beltrán restaurant is 100 m away and the supermarket is 300 m away. The l'Ampolla Beach is 6 km away and the Ebro Delta is 8 km away. 3 parking spaces are available on the property.
