The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 13 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, two air-conditioning systems a washing machine as well as a TV. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace and a grill. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, this area is shared with only one other property, which is also rented out by the homeowners. The pool is between the two houses. The Beltrán restaurant is 100 m away and the supermarket is 300 m away. Both the Ampolla Beach, which is 6 km away and the Ebro Delta, which is 8 km away, are highly recommended. 4 parking spaces are available on the property.
