"It is an excellent property. Loved waking up to the sound of waves. Loved the sunset and sunrise views. Only thing that I do not recommend is being on the 1st level. At night there can be a lot of foot traffic and can be noisy. Also felt like didn have privacy as people walking by side of my balcony can see through my room. But views were unbeatable and near restaurants and also a grocery store 5 min walk away. "
