"The hotel is ok... quite basic but it's functional. Some of the staff members at check in wern't overly friendly. What is also frustrating is that check in is at 3pm, even though the room may be ready they don't let you have the card until a short time before that. I got to my room at 2.55pm only to find that the door is electroncially locked until 3pm and you still can't get in. I get that yes check in is at 3pm, but if the room is ready it is extremely petty not to let you have access to it. The brunch is decent, not haute cuisine but you can have breakfast and go back later for a lunch. The pool area is good, plenty of sun loungers and there are usually some available. The pool itself it ununsual, it is a good size but 95% of it is 3 metres depth with only a very small shallow area. Not good for those who aren't confident swimmers. The rooms are also lacking fridges and the sound proofing isn't great."

"Perfect location for relaxing. Breakfast is perfect variety of fruits, meats and bread. This is my second time at this location. There were a lot of families with young children. Must get to the pool early to save a chair. For me I like access to the ocean, not too crowded the ocean is steps from the hotel. Drinks were overpriced, everything else was good. Hotel may need to upgrade air conditioning system, was difficult to cool our room down. Lastly, the spa was fabulous, large spacious clean and relaxing , worth spending the day after a treatment."

"10/10 stay at the bonanza. Staff was so helpful and went above and beyond when my girlfriend was not feeling well. They are extremely accommodating, kind and patient. The hotel itself has everything you need. The views are beautiful and the rooms are spacious. Highly recommend"

"Estive hospedada no Hotel Bahia Príncipe, em Magaluf, de 22 a 26 de junho. De um modo geral, a experiência foi bastante positiva. A limpeza do hotel foi irrepreensível, estando tudo sempre muito limpo e bem cuidado. O único aspeto que me desagradou foi o facto de ter reservado o regime de meia pensão (pequeno-almoço e jantar incluídos) e não ter sido informada, no momento da reserva, de que todas as bebidas ao jantar eram pagas à parte. Considero que essa informação deveria ser comunicada de forma clara para evitar surpresas. No entanto, a verdadeira mais-valia deste hotel são, sem dúvida, os seus funcionários. Todos demonstraram profissionalismo, simpatia e disponibilidade, tornando a estadia muito mais agradável. Gostaria de deixar um agradecimento especial ao Otávio, nadador-salvador da piscina, sempre muito atento, simpático e disponível para ajudar. Também à Eva e à Damiana, do bar da piscina, que foram absolutamente excecionais: muito trabalhadoras, simpáticas e sempre com um sorriso no rosto. Sem faltar o Diego da recepção. São colaboradores que fazem realmente a diferença e merecem ser reconhecidos pelo excelente trabalho que desempenham. Obrigado a toda a equipa por terem contribuído para umas férias tão agradáveis."

"Great location with a very convenient bus into Palma as well as along the coast. Delicious breakfast and staff were very helpful and attentive."
