Plage à 5 min. à pied. Place de parking un peu loin et en contrebas de l'immeuble nécessitant de monter des charges à pied (valises, courses), ce qui est un peu pénible pour moi.L'hôte, M. L'appartamento è piccolo ma ha tutte le dotazioni necessarie per un soggiorno piacevole. Lavatrice e lavastoviglie sono super. Manca una tenda sul terrazzino e forse la pulizia iniziale si può migliorare. La comunicazione con l'agenzia immobiliare di riferimento non è stata il massimo. Al di là del mio francese pressochè nullo, le indicazioni sulla posizione dell'appartamento non erano accurate, una mia richiesta di sostituzione di una lampadina è rimasta inevasa e anche le operazioni di ritiro e restituzione chiavi secondo me potevano essere comunicate meglio.Raccomanderei comunque assolutamente questa struttura! Appartement agréable. Très bien situé (on peut profiter de Calvi à pied) et équipé. Seul défaut pour nous, une clim sûrement vieillissante qui ne suffit pas à rafraîchir correctement le séjour par forte chaleur malgré les volets fermés. Quand vous avez le chocolat des biscuits qui fond, ça confirme le ressenti. Elle reste suffisante pour la chambre plus petite donc OK pour un couple mais pas très agréable pour notre fils la nuit. Peut être juste une recharge en gaz suffirait. Et point de détail, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas assez de couverts par rapport aux assiettes pour profiter du lave vaisselle sinon il faut le lancer tous les jours. Pas contraignant de laver à la main quelques couverts mais le lave vaisselle ne peut être utilisé correctement. Au final ça reste un super logement qu'on peut recommander sans problème. Et détail amusant mais très utile en fait, le propriétaire a mis plein de petites notes d'infos et recommandations sur les divers équipements. C'est bien plus efficace et sympa que de laisser un dossier que personne ne lira. ##### christophe g.
