La semaine c'est assez bien déroulé malgré du bruit tous les soirs avec les locataires du dessous qui sont des saisonniers et rentrent du travail vers 23h30 minuit et discutent dehors sous la fenètre de notre chambre en fumant et buvant une biere durant 1h00 environ. Quant à la vue, depuis le balcon où il fait bon manger ou depuis le toit terrasse, elle est à tomber. Emplacement idéal pour nous : le centre-ville de Calvi, la plage, le port sont à 15 minutes à pied, tout en profitant du calme d’un lieu un peu à l’écart. Les pièces sont spacieuses et agréables, la place de parking est au pieds de l'appartement. Même si l'accès à la terrasse supérieure est délicat, une fois là haut la vue est exceptionnelle et le panorama très étendu. La terrasse panoramique nous offre une vue à 180° avec d'un côté la pointe de la révellata et de l'autre la baie de Calvi et la montagne. Logement très propre, très bien équipée. Et sans oublier les propriétaires qui sont d'une gentillesse remarquable, on n'est pas dans le tourisme de masse mais bien dans l'optique de satisfaire chacun de ses clients. Stayed 7 nights in Aug 2020 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Juliette t. 3 Aug 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Très bon séjour Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Anne et ses parents qui habitent la maison mitoyenne de la location. Aucun problème de propreté, le logement est très agréable, bien ventilé, et la clim du salon est suffisante pour rafraîchir l'ensemble du logement. Nos filles de 7 et 10 ans ont adoré cette location, la vue de la terrasse est vraiment très agréable, nous avons pris tous nos repas face à la mer, et le calme de cet appartement nous a permis de nous reposer pleinement! Proximité du centre/port de Calvi en 15 min à pied avec les enfants, et surtout le sentier des douaniers qui mène à la pointe de la Revelata est à ne pas râter! ##### Juliette t. Stayed 12 nights in Oct 2018 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Fredy F. 24 Oct 2018 #### Hygiène et propreté déplorables Douche complètement bouchée, nous avons dû la nettoyer à la brosse dure avec un produit désinfectant, machine à laver inutilisable sans désinfection préalable, restes de nourriture collée à la vaisselle rangée dans les armoires, punaises dans les matelas. Nous avons dû quitter précipitamment les lieux sur base d'un certificat médical délivré par le Centre Hospitalier de Calvi. A titre de remboursement des jours restants, la propriétaire nous a remis un chèque papier que nous n'avons pas pu encaisser sur place. Nous l'avons présenté à notre banque dès notre retour le 01/10 et, à ce jour 22/10/2018, le montant du remboursement n'a toujours pas été versé. ##### Fredy F. Mr et Mme Alfonsi, c'est chaleur, convivialité, générosité, discrétion et aussi de très bons conseils touristiques. Canistrelli et pétillant corse nous attendaient dans un coquet appartement, décoré avec soin, confortable, ultra-propre, où rien ne manque pour passer un très bon séjour. Salon avec terrasse vue mer, delà, 1 escalier dessert une 2ème terrasse, avec une vue à couper le souffle… mer et montagne à 360°, équipée de bains de soleil, pas de vis-à-vis…. tranquillité pour la bronzette ou pour apprécier de superbes couchers de soleil !! (et aussi le beau jardin de Monsieur….. qui fait juste envie et dont nous avons pu savourer quelques produits de début de saison…) . Parking, dans la cour privée. La maison est située à 10 mn à pied de la citadelle, proche du sentier des douaniers, de la Pointe de la Revalata et de petites criques. Bref, si vous cherchez une agréable location pour 2/4 personnes, à Calvi, ne perdez plus de temps….. vous l’avez trouvée !! Merci pour tout et notre bon souvenir. ##### Roselyne C.
