"The food was good. The all inclusive sink option was limited. WiFi was always down. There was a radar sounding buzz in our room that appeared to be tied to the AC. So if we wanted to stay cool, we’d have to listen to this annoying noise all night. Maintenance would fix it because they have to bring the entire building down to do it."

The location could not be more central. I recommend giving them a call beforehand on where to park (very close) and the best way to arrive. "

"We arrived via the not fit to drive at night broken road and upon arriving decided NOT to stay even though we had paid. The hotel pics must be very old as it looks like something from a horror film. Flaky paint, badly kept gardens and flies in our room. We handed back the key and left. The road to the property is horrendous. Don't even think about going anywhere for dinner and back....it's not safe....awful"

"Very unfriendly receptionist. After long drive to get there we were treated badly. We asked for information about sightseeing in Enna and were bluntly told they had none. They told us nothing about facilities at the hotel and just handed us keys to the room. It was an empty hotel and they gave us room under their kitchen which was noisy and kept us awake for the two nights we were there.
