Callwood Rum Distillery

The front desk staff is beyond rude! I tried To talk to a manager about this and she literally told my she works kick me out the property 🙄 if she is your front line worker then you will continue to lose money and respect for the property I will never stay there again! No way to check out for early flights just horrible customer service and communication!!!

Scrub Island is a top tier resort with beautiful amenities and amazing customer service from the time your flight lands, the ferry arrives to the dock, the check-in was flawless-even making sure our rooms were ready on time based on our arrival. Every staff member went above and beyond!

Me encantó ya que todo era nuevo limpio y el personal muy atento mi tarjeta se desactivó y ellos rápidamente me arreglaron la tarjeta y me acompañaron al elevador para probarla. Fue un fin de semana increíble!
