"Overall the home was very clean and in order. The grill was very dirty. Had to clean it before using. Parking was very tight. Small narrow driveway made it tough for existing/entering the vehicle. No HVAC. ONLY AC window units. One of the upstairs bedrooms didn't have air so was a bit warm when firat going to bed. "
