Located in Callas, this 65 m² holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 1 with bunk beds. You have a bathroom and a fully equipped private kitchen with dishwasher. The property offers air conditioning, a fan, a 110-inch flat-screen TV with international channels, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, and a washing machine. Baby equipment, such as a cot and a high chair, is also available, as well as a view of the mountains.  
  
Enjoy your private garden and uncovered terrace, ideal for outdoor meals thanks to the private barbecue and dedicated dining area. The private outdoor pool measures 10 x 4.52 m, with a shallow area at 1.20 m and a deep area at 2 m, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. Pool maintenance is provided by the owner. The pool is open seasonally, depending on weather conditions.  
  
You benefit from 2 shared parking spaces on the property and a shared bike storage room. Pets are allowed. Beach towels are provided. You enjoy shared access to a tennis court, as well as toys and books for children. Events are not allowed on the property.  
  
Access and interior are on one level. For short stays, basic products such as shower gel, cleaning products, dishwashing liquid, coffee pods, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar are provided. Olive oil produced on site is also available for guests.
