Perfectly situated in Callala Beach, this expansive two-storey home combines coastal charm with modern luxury, creating the ideal retreat for families and groups.  
  
Step inside and be greeted by a bright, open-plan living space, where soft coastal tones and natural light create an inviting atmosphere. The lounge flows seamlessly into the dining area, where a long timber table, dressed with elegant place settings and coastal artwork, sets the scene for family feasts and memorable evenings together.  
  
At the heart of the home lies the stunning Hamptons-style kitchen, complete with sleek appliances, a large island bench, and breakfast bar seating for casual meals. A wide window opens to frame the outdoors, while sliding glass doors connect the kitchen and living areas to the alfresco patio and extra-large backyard, perfect for BBQs, outdoor games, and soaking up the coastal air.   
  
With four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, Sommarhuset ensures comfort and privacy for all. The home also offers three separate living zones: the main lounge for relaxed gatherings, a dedicated entertaining area for games and fun, and a peaceful parents retreat designed as a sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation.  
  
Beyond the doorstep, Sommarhuset places you just moments from the sparkling waters of Callala Beach and the vibrant lifestyle of Jervis Bay. Swim, kayak, or stroll along the sand.

\- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.  
\- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.  
\- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.  
\- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.  
\- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning all throughout.  
\- For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera at the front, left, right and back of the house. They will be on during your stay.
