When it’s time to wind down, the media room with oversized, comfortable lounges offers a cosy retreat for movies and quiet afternoons, while generous flexible living zones give everyone space to relax. Practical comforts include ducted air-conditioning throughout, a separate laundry with washer and dryer, secure off-street parking for two cars (with additional room for a boat), and thoughtful finishes throughout the home.
