However, the bed was quite uncomfortable—you could feel the springs through the mattress, so was unable to have a good night's sleep and ended up having a sore back. We only received a payment confirmation email which had no address for where the studio was situated and went to the address on the receipt which turned out to be the rental office. Unfortunately, they weren’t particularly helpful and insisted the information had been sent, though we never received it. Additionally, we were only provided with one key, which was inconvenient for two people staying at the property. Would we stay again?
