Sunny, breezy living spaces and a generous covered rear patio make this an easy, relaxed spot for mornings with coffee or slow evenings around the BBQ. The house backs onto a bushland reserve, so you’ll enjoy birdlife, a private leafy outlook and a real sense of calm. Pets are welcome — bring your dogs and let them enjoy the enclosed yard and nearby beach walks. Inside, an L-shaped lounge and dining layout centres on comfort and simple living: ceiling fans keep things cool in summer and a gas heater adds warmth in winter. The living room features a brand-new LG 55-inch Cinema Series Oled smart TV with apps for Netflix, Stan and Amazon Prime. The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, and there’s an owner’s pantry of basic items you’re welcome to use (please replace if you empty anything). The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a jetted spa bath with a large window opening onto the backyard — perfect for a soak with a book and a glass of wine. Practical extras include a laundry with washing machine, dryer and an extra toilet, outdoor seating for six under the large covered patio, an outdoor shower and gas BBQ, a trampoline for the kids, along with a swing and off-street parking for three cars. The home sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. Linen is not provided. This property is Bring your own Linen. Important Information: \- From mid-October, linen and towels will be supplied at all properties at no additional charge. If you previously arranged linen hire for a BYO property, you will no longer need to — it is now included in your booking. \- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities. \- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. The view from the deck at the house was lovely, I really enjoyed the native birds coming to the feeder and it was an easy walk to the beach. The fences were fine for my dog who's elderly. They are about 1m high, and a wire/ chicken wire at the back so you can see through to the bush. Inside - the couch was comfortable, as was the bed once I got used to a new one. Great to have a coffee machine (ground coffee not pods) and the kitchen was well equipped. The things I didn't appreciate - twice - people accessing the house while I was staying there without notifying me either in advance or afterwards. My car was outside, my wallet was inside on the table. The agency only admitted it when I pushed twice via email. Not okay. Personally I think the house would be better with less decorations.
