Bright living spaces and a lovely enclosed backyard make this an easy, breezy spot for mornings on the deck or slow afternoons listening to the birdlife. Inside, a sunny lounge with a feature gas fireplace creates a warm, welcoming heart for cooler evenings. The well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher and microwave) and adjacent dining area flow to a covered back sunroom and an undercover outdoor entertaining area with BBQ — perfect for casual meals and alfresco dining. A separate laundry with washer and dryer and handy storage make longer stays straightforward. Sleeping up to six guests across three bedrooms, the home offers two bathrooms (including a three-way bathroom with shower and bath) and practical extras such as ceiling fans, flat-screen TV and comfortable lounge seating. Photo highlights show bright, airy rooms, a cosy fireplace setting and plenty of indoor–outdoor flow that suits both relaxed weekends and family getaways. Linen and towels are provided — please bring your own beach towels.
