"Home is exactly as advertised! It is beautiful, peaceful, private, calming, etc...Everything you need is exists. If you are into fishing, you will be pleased. Nice sunfish, small mouth bass and large mouth bass!Also, fall foliage was at its best!As for our host, Alex was amazing! Answered all my questions, followed up on communications and made sure everything we needed was there. And most importantly, wanted to make sure we were having a great time. Could not ask for more.Thank you so much for allowing us the use of your home."

"Very good as far as the location. My buddies were camping there just down the road. Right now I am wounded after a surgery and didn’t feel well enough to camp or even use a trailer. This place has location and everything else!"

"We really enjoyed our time at the Hayward Cabin! Lots of fish were caught - our 5 year old grandson was so excited to catch SOOOO many fish. The home and outdoor space was perfect for our extended family.The only reason "how accurate was the property listing" was was lower was because the photos didn't begin to show the extent of the hanging taxidermy animals (we had lots of explaining to do with the 2 grandkids).Thanks Dave we had a wonderful time at your cabin.Ann"

"Had a nice relaxing time. Cabin nicely renovated and well located with direct water access. Only 15-20 mins to downtown and other parts of Hayward. Enjoyed the use of various amenities including the private dock, kayaks, Musky lounge and fire pit. Great communication with host. Would definitely recommend."

"Not only is this location on a beautiful lake with an exquisite view of the sunset as it falls behind the trees, the family on the property is kind and informative. My girlfriend and I stayed at the property and kayaked every day on the lake. The loons haunt the lake during the evening and the fish bite right off the end of the dock. This is surely a place where magic lives and memories are made. Highly suggest booking this place when it's available."
