The Apartment: The Rutherford is a one bedroom apartment, with new, memory foam queen size bed. The kitchen is full size with full size stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The bathroom is sparkling clean with a marble tiled shower. The living area includes a new, smart, 70 inch TV. Outdoors: Guests have their own private outdoor living space in the front of the house. In the rear is a private park area for all guests to enjoy that includes shaded seating areas, dining areas, corn hole and ring toss games. Parking: On street. EV Charger: Available. Guests can reserve in advance. The Property: Pegasus Park is the name of the property. There are a total of six, beautiful and private apartments available for monthly rental. CLEANING FEE INCLUDED IN BOOKING: Cleaning Fee includes 2 cleanings per 30 day stay. Housekeeping includes host-provided fresh linens and professional apartment cleaning services at no extra charge to guests! Pet Friendly: Guests are permitted one pet; pets must be identified at the time of reservation and the respective pet fee paid before check in. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and walked OFF the property. Any pet waste must be immediately and properly disposed of. Pets cannot be left in the apartments alone unless crated. Guests will be held responsible for any damage and/or extra cleaning service as a result of pet.
