"I booked 1 night at this hotel. When I entered the room I noticed that the bathroom had extensive mould/damp on the bathroom ceiling. I was moved to a new room. In the a different room, however I noted there were stains on the floor. When I informed reception, I was told it’s probably just coffee. ..."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy walking access to restaurants and shops. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here. They offer valet parking which is extremely helpful."

"Disappointed that pictures of garden did not reflect that middle section between house and pool was fenced off and included a property that the host lived in.Also no mention of building works on neighbouring property that was right next to pool with no screening.Really disappointed that property ..."
