Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If parking in the garage, make sure to remove the car from the garage before checking out. The building key fob is required for access to the underground parking levels.
Leave the key fob and visitor parking pass in the unit before checking out. $250 additional charge for lost key fob. $50 additional charge for lost visitor pass.
To lock the door, press any key for the key pad to light up then press and hold the # till it locks and it will announce that it's lockd.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
