Second floor has 3 bedrooms, ensuite in master bedroom with jet tub, full bathroom, bonus room with toys.
Deck has patio furniture which is available when it is not snowing.
Camera's externally (front and back porch) for security purposes.
Stay cool with central air conditioning. Enjoy streaming TV.
Garage and basement excluded.

Spacious and comfortable
My family stayed at the property for 2 nights. The home is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood.
The home itself is spacious, comfortable and the nice vibes, gives you a "at home feeling".
The host provided tea, and coffee; not all hosts do. So that was an added bonus.
I recommend this home to anyone visiting Calgary. We'll be back!

Not impressed
Not overly impressed, carpets were stained, old towels, dishwasher did not work, (left a bottle of wine for the 3 ft grass that couldn’t be cut due to lawnmower breaking). The baseboard paint was peeling. Overall not an inviting environment. The deck paint was peeling terribly. Definitely needs an update for the price we paid.
