"I have stayed at this property many times over the years. The staff and the service are ALWAYS Top Tier. Noticed with this last visit that while things are being maintained for the most part, a few things were feeling or looking tired. I appreciate a robe in the room for going to and from the pool area but there were none in the room. The Hot Tub was So Full that we weren't able to use it . It's great to see people using the facilities but disappointing when you can't use them yourself, because of overcrowding, but I know this is not really something the hotel can control. I have been there and had the whole place to ourselves. Maybe More Hot Tubs ?!?! :) Also we like to dine at the restaurant but feel that they need a few more kid/teen friendly foods and drinks. Always a nice stay but didn't wow me this time."

"Breakfast is not included in your stay it’s an extra fee! Hotel room was nice but it definitely was a bit noisy coming from the hallway into our room ( you could hear people talking, kids running and people knocking on the doors etc). Blinds don’t go very dark at all either so we had a bit of light coming in from the street sadly. Otherwise beds were comfortable but pillows were too soft ( we asked for firmer ones and they were no different lol). Pool & hot tub were nice enough."

"Really well updated and renovated hotel with excellent amenities in the room including a microwave. Our room was great and I’ll happily book again. The included breakfast was however a disappointment so I’d probably skip it if I stayed again."
