It has separate heating and ventilation, separate smoke shield, separate temperature control, and it even has sound attenuation between the floors. You have no access to the other space and they have no access to yours!

By and large we find our guests to be nothing short of kind, considerate, and responsible when taking Care of our home!
If you can believe it, we went about year with no house rules at all! That’s how wonderful our guests have been!
However we did discover that 1 out of maybe 100 guests turned out to be a bit of a rascal, and without house rules, it was impossible to be protected
