This is an upper level of a home, there will be occupants with a secure entrance living in the basement suite.
The laundry room is “shared” with the tenants in the basement and is located in a common area.
The back door to the backyard is also considered as shared. This door is the tenants entry to their unit. Your unit has a door that locks from your side to ensure you have a secure unit.

The home was clean and we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. I had a minor issue with snow not being cleared but the host immediately had someone clear the snow in a matter of hours.
Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Great furniture and comfortable beds. Very clean and thoughtful owner. I left an expensive item and he immediately called to remind me. Very appreciative of our nights there. Tenants in the basement were also very kind!
My daughter and I loved staying at this beautiful and comfortable home! It is immaculately clean ,located in a peaceful neighborhood , and is walking distance to shops and transit. We felt right at home and did not want to leave. We cannot wait to visit again.

This is an excellent property to stay at. It had everything required for a relaxing time. Keeping in mind the need to drive to most tourist-oriented venues, there were several restaurants within an easy 5-10 minute walking distance as well as a decent strip mall including a Walmart Supercenter nearby for groceries and other items if needed. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The shared space is not an issue as the soundproofing between levels was very effective. Everything looked and felt new. We would definitely stay again.
