NEW Modern Secondary Suite w/Private Office, Chefs Kitchen and 2nd workspace
This brand new, pet free one bedroom legal bsmt suite features a separate well lit private entrance, private office, pull out sofa, and 2nd workspace in the bedroom with several amenities for the travelling professionals, couples getaway or small family vacation. Your home away from home! Located in the community of Auburn Bay walking distance to a variety entertainment, shopping and restaurants in the adjacent communities of Seton and Mahogany. Close to the YMCA, the South Calgary Hospital and with Calgary transit and Stoney trail nearby it’s an easy commute anywhere in Calgary! Street Parking is available in front of the house, alternatively street parking is also available kitty corner from the house. House Rules We are delighted to host you and hope your stay will be both comfortable and memorable. To ensure a pleasant experience for all, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules.
1. Guest Registration: All guests must be registered. The suite accommodates a maximum of 4 guests
2. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
3. No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. No vaping or drugs are allowed.
4. No Pets: We kindly ask that you do not bring pets.
5. No Parties: Parties are not allowed on the premises.
6. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
7. Kitchen use: Ensure all appliance are turned off when not in use. Additional cleaning charges of $25.00 will be applied if dishes are not loaded and turned on prior to checkout.
8. Garbage and Recycling: Kindly place all garbage and recycling materials in the designated bins located beneath the sink and outside near the stairs.
9. No Commercial Business: The property cannot be used for commercial purposes.
10. Extended Stays: For stays of 14 days or longer, a light cleaning will be performed every two weeks. A $60.00 fee will be charged for each stay that lasts 15 days.
11. Consumable Amenities: Complimentary basic consumable amenities are supplied for short-term stays of up to 2-3 days. For stays exceeding three days, guests are kindly requested to replenish or provide their own basic consumable amenities.
12. Damages and Breakages: Please report any damage or breakage immediately. Guests are liable for damaged or missing items during their stay.
13. Security Cameras: Guest acknowledges that security cameras are installed along the front sides and back external perimeter of the building.
14. Agreement: By booking this suite, you agree to abide by the house rules outlined above. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Perfectly located for groceries and practically any service you could imagine. Our host, Nicole, was lovely and keenly interested in in meeting our every need. A very clean modern suite with all the necessary amenities and more. We felt like we were at home.
