Its a basement apartment. And you hear every footstep upstairs, everytime they turn on water you can hear it. Its modern but not luxurious. Its very clean. It is located in a new development that heavily under construction and they dont like you to park your rental in the driveway. There was no otjer option. ##### Kyla M.
