Sleeps 11 comfortably but can accommodate 12 on a single floor mattress . Unit with AC, BBQ & Garage. Easy access to highways. A few minute drive to south health campus, cineplex, major shopping and restaurants. If reservation is for 12 adults than floor mattress is setup. Max 2 pets each must be under 30lbs weight limit.
