"Wasn’t much of a breakfast, very basic. But 7/10, would stay again the business king was big enough us. Very tight bathroom space as i am in a wheelchair. "

"Staff were nice but, because they didn’t accept the only credit card company (KoHo) that I’m with, I was charged for my room and a $400 deposit before we could even step foot into the room… if it weren’t my sons 12th bday I would have walked away. On top of which the room we were given (obviously after I gave them $600) already had broken chairs and shower fixtures. Then, when we checked out, we had to sit in the lobby and wait while they “checked out our room” before they would provide the $400 deposit…. I’m not sure if this is a normal practice but my children and I definitely felt like we weren’t welcome and would be held accountable if they felt we weren’t. *****Ps: if you left an Apple Watch (navy blue strap) in Room 121 - we returned it to the front desk when we found it above the Murphy bed. "

"We have stayed at this hotel before when we have had early morning flights. Overall it is very good, the room is clean and large. The attached restaurant is very good and offers a tasty and very complete breakfast. However, the toilet ran all night and the refrigerator made a loud bubbling sound off and on, so I had to use earplugs. Also, the brown on brown color scheme is dark and a bit depressing. However, it is overall very comfortable, clean, safe, and convenient. We'll probably stay there again before another flight."

"Overall, it is a nearly new hotel undergoing renovation. The elevator was not working properly. The restaurant staff were friendly when I was having breakfast on the second floor."

"Dirty af floors were so greasy I slid across in bare feet black hair all over room but no bed bugs thank god dont stay here"

"Clean room, beautiful bedding, fabulous shower, air conditioning was excellent, check in was great and staff were excellent. "

"Very clean room with comfy bed. The airport shuttle and ease of getting to thr airport early in the morning was a huge bonus and having an on site restaurant if needed. We would definitely stay there again especially when traveling thriugh Calgary"
