This is literally a Gem in a haystack. Beautiful large rooms very comfortable beds great prices wonderful staff and right across the street from the Calgary tower. Love the room loved the amenities

The property itself is very nice and the rooms are great, unfortunately, yet another city where the government lets homeless people run rampant in their tourist or downtown area. There are things that kids should not be exposed to

The room was nice with a large shower. The staff were excellent, always available when you needed them. Unfortunately the bed was hard and lumpy and the pillows were denser then i like so not the most comfortable sleep. Too bad because i loved everything else about this hotel.

Fun funky decor. Outrageous parking fees of $50 valet with limited alternatives. For a modern hotel catering to the hip crowd it was a search to find outlets to plug into in the room.

This property is in a great location. We will definitely stay here again. My only issue was there’s not enough plugs . Other than that the room was amazing.

There was someone’s hair in the sink and on the bathroom floor. The front desk staff was rude. The restaurant was also slow and very rude. There was a bad energy inside the hotel. Won’t be back unless there are significant changes made. Hair is not ok to find.
