    A lovely, spacious 1 bed separate entrance suite, located in Calgary NW is 15mins from the Airport, 12mins Cross Iron Mills, 20mins to Downtown and 1hr 8mins to Banff National Park.

    The suite, located on a walk-out lot on the Enclave at Carrington, backing onto a large green space. It has direct access to one-of-a-kind views of the natural habitat, created around one of Calgary's most adorable pond, with a long trail for walking, biking, roller skating etc.

    You and yours will love it!

    There is a large living room, equally large bedroom and a kitchenette complete with pots, dishes, utensils, basic kitchen appliances and a Keurig coffee maker to help you prepare your own meals if you wish to.

    The entire basement suite is available to guests with exception of the utility room and extra storage space under the stair case.

    Guest have full privacy and no disturbance from host. However, I'm readily available and usually respond within couple of minutes when texted or chatted by guest.

    Great, family friendly community with access via city bus to City LRT. Bus stop is a stone throw from this suite.

    3mins walk to the community main playground, with skating park. MacDonalds, NOFRILLS, etc. About 5mins drive to business center with lots of businesses like Tims Hortons, Shoppers Drug mart, bar, banks, etc. 8mins to a Walmart Supercenter.
