I spent over a week at this property with my pet and we had a lovely time. The property itself is very homely and comfortable. It consists of all the amenities I needed including stove, toaster oven and laundry facilities. Derek was quick to respond back on the app. They also offered snacks and wine as a complimentary. Sagewood is a beautiful and friendly neighbourhood where the house looks over a small lake with a walking trail. Would highly recommend booking this place.

This is a very nice, cozy property and a great deal for the price. Property is located on a man made lake and has a lovely outdoor patio complete with table, chairs and a heat source for sitting outside. We visited in October and the weather was not great but the patio would be lovely in the warmer months. There are people upstairs but they were quite quiet during the evening and night so no noise issues. And the property owner, Derek, is very easy to reach, helpful and pleasant to deal with. All in all a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of space
Situated in a residential area, this lower suite was roomy, well equipped, clean and comfortable, with good daylight, not always the case with "basement" units. The outside space was good and overlooked a small lake with access to paths. Parking was on a private drive and free. Communications with the owner, by app or text were quickly responded to, did not meet f2f although he lived in the upper main house. Only suggested improvement would be an extractor fan hood in the kitchen area, as we unfortunately managed to set off the fire alarm twice while cooking our brkfst bacon and this is linked to the main house! Location 20 mins from Calgary airport and 30 mins from Calgary POI made it an ideal peaceful retreat. Fully recommended.

This was the perfect home away from home. It is big and quiet, has plush towels in the bathroom and outdoor sitting areas with lots of birds singing to set a peaceful mood!

Having a washer and dryer was great. The apartment was very clean. Two issues that were resolved: was an error in the internet name and password and the exact location of the suite, (being in the back downstairs.) I would stay here again.

Canalside in Airdrie
Perfect little hideaway for two. Nice bedroom with large window overlooking the garden and canals. Plenty of hangers for clothes. Well equipped kitchen for short term use; full bathroom with shower gel and soaps provided. Easy to use washer and drier. Netflix on Smart TV; not full cable but who needs it. Very nice place to stay.
