Bus line 52 right out front takes you directly to superstore (grocery store) and c train station in less than 7 mins. You will enjoy having your own master ensuite with shower and tub. Second full bathroom has stand up shower and washer dryer. Full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave and full-size fridge. Cable TV with Sports History, Local, DYI, HGTV, and many other channels! Owners upstairs to help or guide you with your stays in Calgary. Family friendly home. We can provide Port-o-Cot (Pack'N'Play), blackets, plastic/ rubber dishes/ cutlery for those cute toddlers and infants if you have any. We do have a 3 year old toddler upstairs who is usually quiet and is away at daycare during business hours. Please keep in mind although quiet time is at 10pm - 6 am, sometimes there might be noise from the toddler outside of those hours. We have never had a complaint about it yet, and it happens very very rarely, but wanted to be up front about that. His bedroom, is not over any other bedroom in the house.
