When we arrived, we were welcomed with a nice gift basket full of lots of goodies for everyone in my family of 6 to enjoy (such a nice and unexpected gesture!) The home was cozy, well stocked with everything we needed and our family was able to settled in right away. We did have some issues early on with the dryer (no fault of Hai Tao) but he was quick to respond and get things resolved for us. The immediate response any time I messaged him was very much appreciated. My only feedback - every room had a desk but for long stays like ours, some drawers for clothes would have been more useful. The door lock system is effective. That said, I didn’t understand that you need to point your phone at the door and use the app to make the door open.
