Newly refurbished one bedroom plus office This home has been recently refurbished and is fully furnished, including laundry, kitchen contents, linens and towels. There are existing tenants in the basement who are a quiet couple. My preference is to have one or two people maximum, who are also quiet and will respect the tenants below. There is a backyard deck with patio furniture and barbecue. The utilities, which are not included in the rent, are separated from those in the basement. If you are interested in renting my home, please complete the rental application, and provide proof of income. You will be subject to a credit check through Rentfaster.
