Seems like it would be a nice quiet area once the construction is complete. Upstairs is a rental as well and you hear everything. Was grateful the occupants weren’t horribly noisy but could be a problem. Beautiful area for walking paths, biking. Close to everything as long as you’re driving. Lots of new construction and the noise that comes with that. I think in another year this is going to be an even better location.
