The space Enjoy our walkout lower suite with all the comforts of your own home. You will have the entire private suite to yourself. The Two bedrooms each offer a clean, comfortable, and well-dressed queen bed. There is one bathroom with tub/shower combo and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, blender, complimentary drinks (tea, water, wine & coffee), and everything you need to prepare your delicious meals. We provide free WIFI, high-speed internet, Smart TV with premium channels, and Netflix. There is a brand new washer, dryer, and dish washer in the suite for you to use. Grocery stores and restaurants are less than 3 minutes driving away from the home. 15 short minutes from Calgary International Airport, 5 minutes from Rider Express Bus stop that can take you to Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Lloydminster, and other cities! 25 minutes to downtown, a 1 hour drive to Canmore, and a 1.5-hour drive to Banff. Go for a refreshing walk or run on the many trails close to the house, passing by greenspaces, playgrounds and lakes. Easy access to Stoney and Deerfoot Trail, shopping centers (Cross Iron and Costco) and restaurants. Beautiful brand new 2-bedroom suite. We flew into Calgary for a family wedding and were very pleased with the suite and location. Price for a whole suite was better than staying in a hotel room.
