"We recently stayed here as a family with a young toddler for a short vacation trip. The location is absolutely fantastic—very close to the C-Train, North Hill Mall for grocery shopping, and transit options. The rooms are clean, practical, and having access to a kitchen space was incredibly helpful for preparing our own homemade meals. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly.
The only downside was the shower water. We had very little hot water during our stay, which made showers a bit uncomfortable, especially after a long day of exploring out in the cold mountain air.
Overall, it is an excellent, affordable, and safe budget option for families, but management definitely needs to check the hot water pressure/temperature systems for the rooms. Would still recommend for the convenience and price!"
