Perfect for our group of four, who were fishing the Bow River. The property is not air-conditioned, but generally the temps in Calgary are mild enough that this is not a problem. A good location, with everything within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Very reasonably priced as well. It is an older home but the owners have ensured it is functional and easy to live in. The location for us worked! We were visiting family in Meadowlark Park so this house was walking distance from our family, and to Chinook Mall. Helen was very accommodating and was so quick to respond to any concerns. This place was perfect for our family visit to Calgary. There is tons of space and it was so nice that my teenagers had a seperatecplave in the basement to hang out and sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked and in the summer it would be perfect for a bbq. There were lots of clean towels and we all hadcour own bathroom. The location was great as well. It is walking distance to chinook mall, so my teens could go out and do things on their own. The owner was quick to respond to all my questions.
