Please remove outdoor shoes while in the home. ○ Quiet hours: 10 pm to 7 am, please be mindful of neighbours, bylaws, and basement tenants (Applicable to certain Units) ○ We do have a strict complaint policy. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, we have a noise detector. ○ (If applicable) Please exercise caution on the balcony. All children must be supervised by an adult while on the balcony. ○ (Applicable to Equipped Units) Guest will be charged $200 for Banff Pass, $200 for unit fob/key, if not returned. ○ Late check-out requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance for consideration. Convenient to downtown, easy access to Banff and out to SE side of town. Was here for work and this place was great. Located directly next to a grocery store which was a major plus for me. Lots of good restaurants around the area as well. Used the Banff park pass one day to head up to the hills and look around d. Will be back to ski soon. All in all, great place with very responsive owners. ##### Mike J. Not as nice as the photo We have our own VRBO properties and is e the site on a regular basis. This was the worst property. Very confusing check on/ check out instructions. Way too many steps. The sofa had stains all over it. The photos make the place look much larger than actually is. There was no bedding at all for the air mattress that as per check in instructions I advised the host we would be using. Upon trying to follow the long list of complicated check out instructions the host texted me and told us that the police were being called as we were 10 minutes late checking out! Then I actually bumped into the host face to face whilst trying to put keys back in an old complicated lock box. She and he weee extremely rude I would NOT stay at this property and do not recommend! ##### Candace A.
