The staff service was really outstanding and cleanliness of the facility was excellent. Pool and hot tub area are really nice too.
Were there Friday night and not on a high floor so could hear after-market exhausts way into the night...City of Calgary needs to address this (enforce the by-law)
Loved our stay. Very hospitable ! Nice clean rooms. Unfortunately our shower did not work. Parking was very convenient. The lounge had live music and was a great atmosphere. If you are dining there make sure you have time as it does take bit to get drinks. Meals came out nicely and were really good. We will stay there again for sure!
This property has valet parking so easy to get in and out of the car in front of hotel. Lots of dining options and music on Saturday. Signature Room was nice and quite with 3 windows and large washroom.
Lovely hotel. Nice staff, good food and good service. Everything was great…however, please include free wifi..even Starbucks does that.

Hotel description on the expedia was not right. There was no free wifi or parking.
There was $100 deposit charged on credit card they say it will be refunded after checkout.
It’s much ado for nothing. It’s expensive and the quality wasn’t worth the price. There are better hotels that you will pay less and get good quality. You literally pay for everything. Parking, internet, even drinks. Nothing complimentary for the amount of money you pay for the room. Never ever going there again. Wasted money
Amazing hotel in downtown Calgary! Friendly staff, spacious rooms and gorgeous lobby. However the beds were not as good as we thought it would be. Also the door lock in the bathroom was broken. But overall it was nice experience
We had a great weekend. The property is beautiful... love the way the original features have been beautifully preserved. Room was clean and pretty. Breakfast was good in lobby restaurant. Thanks! :)
The only downside was try and request a room facing any direction but South the trains run at all hours of the night, and distract from a good night's sleep.
Hotel itself is beautiful. And most staff are very friendly.

The properties location downtown to restaurant , shopping, Saddledome is great. Catching a taxi out front to anywhere is convenient. The front people and the restaurant were polite and happy.

Overall, this hotel is no doubt clean & beautiful inside. I only gave it 3 stars as it's an expensive hotel to stay at and I stayed here for 6 days but to have a Wi-Fi connection is an extra charge which I find ridiculous.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly. The location was perfect. I was disappointed that wifi was not included and the options on TV were not great. The hotel is very old, which gives it part of its charm, but it was obviously old as the enamel on the bathtub was peeling.
